Alex Bierk is a Canadian painter and photographer chronicling his life in Peterborough, Ontario with exceptional candor, beauty, and pathos. 

This book, simply titled Peterborough, is the largest collection of his photographs and paintings contained in one publication.

I curated the selection of one hundred twenty-eight photos and drawings from a lifetime of artwork to show Peterborough through Bierk’s eyes. The clean layout highlights visual pairings, guiding the reader on a visual journey.
